Welcome to PMA Child Care Center. Our Parent Handbook outlines important policies, procedures, and expectations to support a safe, nurturing, and consistent environment for all children and families.

Families are encouraged to review the handbook in full prior to enrollment.

PMA Child Care Center operates in compliance with the Tennessee Department of Human Services (DHS) Child Care Licensing regulations. Policies outlined in the Parent Handbook include, but are not limited to, health and safety practices, supervision, enrollment procedures, payment policies, and family communication.

Parent communication, billing, and updates are managed through the Procare Parent App. Access is provided to families after enrollment approval.
